Purpose
This form is provided under Article 5 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts to inform the consumer before the contract is concluded. By ticking the consent box on the payment page you confirm that you have read this form, that confirming the order places you under an obligation to pay, and that you want the service to start immediately upon payment confirmation.

Main characteristics of the service
First You is a private AI assistant working over Telegram. The subscription includes:
- An assistant you chat with on Telegram; reminders; understanding of the photos, PDF and text files you send.
- Web search inside the chat; deep research when you explicitly ask for it and confirm.
- Notes and memory items you ask it to keep; account management, data download and account deletion through the web dashboard.
- An isolated runtime for each customer and data storage encrypted with a key unique to you.
The assistant is an AI model and can be wrong; its answers on health, legal, financial or similar matters are not professional advice. The service is offered in Turkish and English.
Total price (VAT included)
- Basic: 799.00 TL per month. Monthly AI budget of USD 2; 150 messages and 30 web searches per day; 2 deep research tasks per month; 2 GB storage.
- Plus: 2,399.00 TL per month. Monthly AI budget of USD 15; 600 messages and 150 web searches per day; 15 deep research tasks per month; 10 GB storage.
- Pro: 6,399.00 TL per month. Monthly AI budget of USD 45; 2,000 messages and 500 web searches per day; 60 deep research tasks per month; 50 GB storage; the Opus-class model only on this plan and only with your confirmation for each task.
- Storage plans: 99.00 TL per month for 2 GB, 199.00 TL for 10 GB, 399.00 TL for 50 GB. They do not include the assistant; they only keep your data in the service.
Prices include all taxes and are in Turkish lira. The AI budget is a usage ceiling included in the plan fee; no extra charge is made for reaching it, and once it is used up only limited service is provided until the period renews. There is no additional fee for using the means of distance communication.
Payment, renewal and performance
Payment is collected by bank or credit card through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; your card details never reach First You. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically with the same card unless you cancel at the end of the period. Price changes are notified by email before they take effect.
If a renewal payment fails, the service continues normally for 3 days and in limited form for the following 4 days, then it is suspended. When payment is later collected, the service is restored.
The service is digital and there is no physical delivery. The subscription starts immediately when the payment is confirmed. The assistant starts serving over Telegram as soon as you link your Telegram account using the link shown in the dashboard; the subscription period keeps running until the link is completed.
Right of withdrawal and its exception
In distance contracts the consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment, and under Article 15(1)(h) for services whose performance began with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expired. Because the First You subscription starts immediately upon payment confirmation and with your approval, you do not have a right of withdrawal for this subscription.
This does not remove your statutory rights regarding a defective service or a service not performed at all. Refund rules are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard, effective at the end of the period. Cancellation stops future payments; the service continues until the end of the paid period and no refund is made for the remaining time. 30 days after the subscription ends, your content and encryption key are permanently deleted; within that time you can download your data or keep it in the service with a storage plan.
Functionality and compatibility of the digital content
- You need a Telegram account to use the assistant; it works with Telegram’s iOS, Android, desktop and web apps. Telegram is not part of First You and is subject to its own terms.
- The web dashboard (app.firstyou.app) works in a current browser. Login is passwordless, by a link sent to your email or by a passkey.
- No software other than Telegram needs to be installed. Uploadable file types are photos, PDF and text files; file size and daily upload limits depend on the plan.
- Replies are produced by an AI model running on hardware under the operator's control; outages of that hardware or its connection may affect the service.
Complaints and remedies
You may send complaints and requests to destek@firstyou.app. For requests concerning your personal data, write to halisemre@gmail.com.
In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or at the place of performance within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade (applications can also be made through e-Devlet), and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.
Approval and record
The contract is concluded when you approve this form and the Distance Sales Agreement on the payment page. The approval date and the plan selected are kept in your account records; this version of the form is available on firstyou.app at any time.
